National Anthem Form
Hello Canes Fans!
If you are interested in performing the National Anthem at a University of Miami sporting event, please fill out this form below with your name, email, phone number, and an unedited video of your rendition of the National Anthem, singing or playing at performance volume. Performances at a University of Miami event must be under 2 minutes. Any performances that require the use of electrical instruments will not be accepted.
Accepted performers will be added to our roster and contacted via email with sport schedules to assess availability. Please email any questions to Gameday@miami.edu
